SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer delivery services within Pakistan only. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation, subject to product availability.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. The estimated delivery time is generally between 5 to 14 working days.

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available). Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must ensure availability at the delivery address. If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be cancelled, and future COD orders may be restricted.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the order has been handed over to the courier service. Any delivery-related issues should be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
